01What format are the books in?
PDF. You can read them on your phone, tablet, laptop or any e-reader that opens PDFs.
02How do I get my book?
Instantly. As soon as your payment goes through, your download is ready on screen and we email you a copy of the link.
03Can I download it again later?
Yes. Open Your Shelf, enter the email you used at checkout, and we'll send you a sign-in link. Each book can be downloaded up to 5 times.
04How can I pay?
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and popular wallets, all processed securely by Cashfree.
05Will I get an invoice?
Yes. A PDF invoice is attached to your confirmation email and available on your order page.
06Can I get a refund?
We refund only if you paid and didn't receive your PDF. Because eBooks are delivered instantly, we can't refund a book you have received.
07Can I share my eBook?
Your copy is personalised with your name and email. Please don't share it. Every copy sold is what lets Yash keep writing.
08Can I buy from outside India?
Not at the moment. Bucket of Books is only available to readers in India.
09I paid but didn't get my book.
